CEO Roles and Objectives

Agreeing the strategic direction of an organisation and the objectives of the Chief Executive is a key role for any Board. Yet, particularly in organisations with volunteer or elected boards, there is not always the breadth and/or depth of expertise within the Board for this to be carried out.
