Change
Management
The management and implementation of change and the
acceptance, by the workforce, that change is a continuing
feature of everyone's role is one of the challenges
facing most organisations today.
To facilitate this process, rja has developed a series
of diagnostic and facilitative tools that will help
managers and staff engage with and act on organisational
change issues. These include:
• an approach based on a repeatable questionnaire
and supporting workshops where aspects of the change
process can be identified, targeted, managed, tracked
and evaluated - both on quantitative and qualitative
bases.
• a highly effective
and confidential process where consultants structure
the thoughts, concerns and ideas of employees for
feedback to and action by their senior managers.
• a 'future visioning' process that can help
management teams achieve consensus on what the future
will look for their organisation and the steps necessary
to get there.
• a ten dimensional diagnostic tool to determine
the comprehensive of an organisation's current HR
strategy and, as an outcome, an optimum way ahead. |
