Remuneration
For a board to take informed decisions on the reward
packages of its Chief Executive and (if appropriate)
executive directors, there needs to be a degree of evidence
and objectivity.
rja can provide this either by researching current pay
levels, benefits packages and bonus packages or reviewing
current arrangements.
Invariably this service is commissioned directly by
the relevant sub-committee of the Board (eg the Remuneration
Committee).
