Effectiveness
rja provides support to Boards and their Chairs in the
areas of strategic focus and board effectiveness.
At a high level, this might be helping boards audit
and improve their effectiveness or facilitating strategy
development sessions.
At a more detailed level we also advise on certain aspects
of governance such as Remuneration Committees, Audit
Committees, appraisal of volunteers, etc. particularly
in the not for profit sector.
