• elected members who sit as non-executives on boards by running national masterclass workshops on improving board level skills.

• a Board Chair and Chief Executive on their respective roles and relationships and that of the non-executive directors and senior management team.


• a public sector owned limited company to help the board work through issues of both effectiveness and possible conflicts in terms of good goverance, eg meeting the requirementts of the (then) Combined Code.

• a board in terms of the changing role of the non-executive director in the light of the 2010 Corporate Governance Code.
