Development
rja has developed a potentially unique approach to management
development that overcomes the three distinct disadvantages
of conventional programmes. ie:
• not being able to take management teams
away from their place of work for extended periods
at the same time.
• using generic material.
• not embedding the learning into actual changes
of behaviour and improvements in effectiveness and
efficiency in the workplace. |
rja's programme, is part-time and modular in nature.
It is customised to the client's environment and
works best where delegates are mutually dependent
on each other back at the workplace.
Delegates propose clear action plans, at three levels,
at the end of the programme.
This programme can be run either with rja facilitators
or co-facilitated with a client trainer. We can
also train and licence internal trainers to use
the material independently.
