		Robin Jordan graduated with an MA from The University of Edinburgh. He is a Companion of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultancy. After an initial career in engineering and manufacturing he joined the human resource profession where he held senior management appointments in both private and public sector; he then moved into HR consulting. He is Chairman of the Nominations Committee of the Chartered Insurers Institute. Independent Assessor of the Ministerial Public Appointments process in Scotland and immediate past Chairman of the Board of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (130,000+ members)

		Jennifer Jordan holds an honours degree in psychology and spent her initial career in medical research. She holds the Diploma in Counselling awarded by the University of Strathclyde and post-diploma Certificate in Counselling Supervision She is a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor - MBACP (Snr Accred) - and UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor. She has counselled in a wide variety of situations and has set up, and advised on, counselling services within primary care and workforce settings.
