robin jordan associates (rja) was formed in 1986. Our client base is drawn from private, public and voluntary sectors with organisation sizes ranging from less than ten employees to workforces well into four figures.

Our specialism is the contribution the human resource dimension has to improving business performance and operational effectiveness; our uniqueness is the innovative solutions that we bring to bear to resolve clients' problems.
