rja is a Recognised Practice of the Institute of Management Consultancy.

This involves an annual approval process that requires a Recognised Practice to be able to demonstrate :

• that projects are managed and quality assured by a certain level of consultant (demonstrated by education, level of consulting experience, references and interview board).

• that consultants can prove a record of Continuous Professional Development.

• Recognised Practices must also operate within the IMC's Code of Conduct and Ethical Guidelines that also provides access to an arbitration scheme should a consulting practice and a client have a dispute.

• rja's consulting methodology and recommended outcomes also, where appropriate, conform to Investors in People standards.


Our consultants work to the Codes of Conduct of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Our counsellors work to the Codes of Conduct of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
